ENT Specialist Dr. Neha Verma's Smiling Portrait


Dr. Neha started her career as a medical student and completed her MBBS from the very prestigious college Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital. She then completed her post graduation from Safdarjung Hospital and acquired intense knowledge and skill during her formative years. In 2012 her training took her to United Kingdom where she was registered with the General Medical Council of UK. She returned to India with exposure of International level medical services.

She started her professional career as Consultant at the renowned corporate hospital chain of Park Hospitals. Her yearning for improvement of self, took pursued her to Senior Residency at another very busy and recognised medical college of Delhi, University College of Medical Sciences and Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital. Here she developed her interest in Head and Neck Oncology along with general Otorhinolaryngology. After completing three years of residency, she joined Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Jolly Grant, Dehradun  at the post of Assistant Professor. After leaving HIMS, she pursued her fellowship in Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital, Mumbai in the field of head and Neck  Oncosurgery.

Upon return from Mumbai, she joined back at Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital in the capacity of Assistant Professor and continued her work through the pandemic era and afterward. During this period she and her team meticulously and successfully managed several cases of the deadly Black Fungus.


Throughout her career, she has been actively involved with medical education programs and has been part of organizing committees for several National & International medical conferences. She is actively involved in imparting medical education to upcoming surgical trainees. She has published several research articles in national & International journals of repute and many book chapters. She has also been involved with peer review of submitted articles for publication in journals by publishers of International repute.


She continues to be dedicated to her aim of providing the best care to her patients and building a medical family at Medis Hospital which reverberates her ideology.
